DELIVERY INFORMATION

Tamona.ae aims to ship all goods ordered by the customer once you have confirmed the order and entered into contract with us after which we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered, though this will not be the order confirmation from Tamona.ae.

As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion takes place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

Non-acceptance of an order is very rare, typically the result of one of the following: • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock. • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment. • The identification of a pricing or product description error.

We will try our best to deliver the goods within 2-3 working days once you have placed the order with us. Our standard delivery to Dubai is AED 15 inclusive of postage and packing. For shipment outside Dubai, standard delivery is AED 30. If there is no one to accept delivery or the delivery is refused, information enabling you to complete the delivery will be left by the courier company. Dispatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of contract. However, we can arrange same day delivery at an extra cost of 45 Dirhams.

RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope you will be pleased with your purchase at Tamona.ae. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and you can return the order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs, within three days of receipt. This does not apply to items personalized or made to your specification. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

Unless you notify us within one working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in original condition at your own cost. To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.

A refund of the delivery charge can be given only if we have sent you incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Though we make every effort not to list items that are out of stock, however, if any item is out of stock, or we are unable to fulfil the entirety of your order, in this unlikely event we will inform you by email or telephone offering you an alternative, a new delivery date or an opportunity to cancel the order.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

We select all our party ware by hand so that we can ensure that all of them are in perfect condition when they leave us. Our party ware is packed carefully in boxes or bags. But, in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or are not as those requested, please email us within 24 hours and return the items to us in their original packaging. We will then give you an immediate exchange or a refund (as well as a refund of the postage and packaging costs).

PRICING, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & AVAILABILITY

All prices displayed on this website are in UAE Dirhams and exclusive of packing and delivery. Some individual items come in a variety of different designs which may differ slightly from that shown in the picture. We will select one at random and you may not receive the same item as illustrated.

We reserve the right to cancel an order should there be an issue with stock levels or payment details, or the identification of a pricing or product description error. All purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a secure server.

SAFETY

We take safety issues very seriously. Some of the items we sell may prove harmful to children under the age of 60 months. This is due to products containing small parts which can cause choking. It is your responsibility to check the age of the child of whom you give the party bag to. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that our products are not given to anyone who could suffer an allergic reaction or any product may be harmful to them.

Tamona.ae does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss that may occur due to our party bags having been given to anyone for whom they were unsuitable, as detailed above.

Under no circumstances must this website be copied or reproduced in any form prior to written consent from Tamona.ae.

VALIDITY

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms and conditions govern the sales and purchase of products from Tamona.ae under UAE law. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Tamona.ae reserves the right to amend these terms and the customer is bound by any such modifications or revisions.

We are associated with ARAMEX courier services to make sure your shipment reaches you on time.

Once you place the order it will take 3-5 business day for the goods to reach your address.
